so far nobody has complained about those jokes, because people
apparently don't try to get offended by all means, like diving football

even if i wouldn't agree with the point that was supposed to make, i
think it's a fine sarcasm. by your definition that should be prohibited.
and small nations don't get joked about because nobody cares about them.
