[Osmf-talk] OSM Belgium Local Chapter application, feedback wanted

I worked with the local OSM Belgium community when they helped to organise
State of the Map 2016.

I was delighted to see how well they worked together and how passionate
they were for OSM.

Pleased to see this application and no concerns from a right group, right
people point of view.

Note: I have not checked any of the paperwork so leave this to OSMF.
