Well yes that is what I am hoping they are able to do. It might involve
some access to our instance. But I really hope it will not get that
messy that it will require debugging on a production instance. Never the
less it will require a certain level of trust and they will have to keep
our membership data confidential, if we have to expose it to them. But I
see that we are unable to fix this problem ourselves in reasonable time,
therefore we decided we should get some outside help.

Thanks for trying with direct SMTP. We will check if we get less missing
messages.
