[Osmf-talk] Next OSMF board meeting this Thursday, 16th of August, at 21:00 London time

Thank you Eugene for raising this point. As an OSMF member since 2013, I
also find similar difficulties in joining OSMF Working Groups since the
meeting time is around 1 or 2 AM Indonesia time. I also thank Dorothea for
the meeting minutes as it provides good overview.
