[Osmf-talk] Donation Drive in 2017 and donation page design

If anyone wants to help maintain the donations site, that would be
very helpful and it is, of course, open source.

( I found the repository by looking though our chef configuration at
https://github.com/openstreetmap/chef/tree/master/cookbooks/donate )

I would suggest coordinating with the Communications Working Group
before making any significant changes! But there's certainly room to
change some of the text so that it's just a standard on-going
donations setup rather than a funding drive.
