It's nice to see your achievements to make the world a cleaner place but
where is the open in your map? The website just says "Open Litter Map by
Seán Lynch, M.Sc, M.Sc., B.A. All rights reserved." at the bottom. The
About page (https://openlittermap.com/about) doesn't mention a license
either.

OpenLitterMap is not a free and open project. Its data isn't free (see
https://opendefinition.org/od/2.1/en/ for a definition of open).

If I go to https://openlittermap.com/signup, you ask to pay/donate for
premium accounts. I understand that servers needs to be paid but other
free and open projects use the term "donation".

Don't you think that your project should be called TheLitterMap
WorldLitterMap or LitterLocationsDirectory instead of creating the
impression of being a real open data project or an OpenStreetMap
subproject by borrowing OpenStreetMap's good trademark?

Best regards

Michael
