[Osmf-talk] Relationship of Facebook and Apple to the OSM Foundation

Hello,

Looking at the OSMF Advisory Board page[1], it says that members of the
Advisory Board are composed of one representative each from the
Foundation's Gold and Platinum Corporate Members and Local Chapters. In
addition, the "OSMF board will also consider inviting individuals whose
knowledge or experience is deemed beneficial to the group." The composition
of the Advisory Board currently lists Facebook and Apple but they are not
included in the list of Corporate Members[2].

In the interest of transparency, may we know if Facebook and Apple are in
fact Corporate Members or if they have been invited by the OSMF Board to
join the Advisory Board?
