Please read below and stay tuned :) Thanks.

Martijn decided to step down.
Then, there was an electronic draw between Peter and Mikel, which I
performed.

Regarding the draw about the second seat:
http://www.randomresult.com was used to create it and have a
verifiable result.

Process:
* The draw was created online (but not run) and I shared its link with
all the board members. The linked page showed the set-up of the draw,
but not the result, as the draw was not run.
* Then, on a selected time I run the draw (using a one-time password),
and afterwards the linked page showed the result. That way, the process
was transparent to all board members and the result verifiable.

You can all see the set-up and the result at

The board members have asked someone who they consider trustworthy and
he has accepted to help (thanks!). We are waiting for his confirmation
that he is ok with the proposed timeline - that's why his name was not
mentioned on the previous email.

People will be able to see whether a topic has been left out, as all
community questions and the official questions will be publicly
available. Please note that the facilitator will likely consolidate
questions that are on the same topic and he might also add some very
common questions from previous years.

warm greetings,

Dorothea
