you can get free phone numbers from many countries, usually no monthly
subscription fee, receiving calls free and outgoing (landline) calls are
around 1ct/minute. Just search for "free VoIP", there are many providers,
(you either need a voip phone or a softphone / app).
Sometimes you need an address in the country, but from my experience they
will not come to see if you are there.
