Hi,

the statement about the "need to take minutes but no need to publish"
made me laugh :D I hope it's a bit out-of-context and was not a
real statement :-)

Anyways, usually Dorothea takes notes and has photographies of all
sticky notes,.. thus, it should be possible to create meeting minutes.

Though, on the other hand, I tend to agree to Mikel here. Remembering my
time on the board, the F2F had these discussions and discussion points
that lead to a "this is board's direction"-thinking, but there were no
real votes or decisions being made. So in some sense it's like a mailing
list discussion, more intensive, more time being spent,...

So for me, the blogpost of Joost somehow qualifies as to let the
audience know which topics had been discussed (although I hoped or
expected it to be a bit more detailed). It's just not as "formal"
as usual meeting minutes and it can't be found at the usual place (the
wiki). So perhaps adding a link to the blogpost or sumarizing that post
in the wiki would be enough?

that's the 2018 F2F that's being referred to, right? Or am I missing
something?
