[Osmf-talk] Don't forget to vote on the 2019 AoA changes

My point is more that and this goes for the membership related changes
too, that there hasn't actually been a clear recommendation from the
board to actually accept the changes. They have been discussed, but
anybody not following the detailed discussion would not know that the
changes are actually something the board is recommending to be accepted
(if that is actually the case).
