there is a reason why constitutional amendments have a higher bar to
pass. While I voted in favor for almost all of the suggested changes I
find it strange to construct a "was accepted" out of a <75% vote.

Anyways, I saw the October mails and by personal contacts I saw a later
draft, but at least I was surprised by the final version. I first got to
see it on the ballot. 

However, it turned out to be a good version imho and it was done by the
board :-)
