[Osmf-talk] Opavoting - third party integration and scripts

Hello fellow members of OSMF,

I just noticed the voting page loads remote resources (scripts) from

bootstrapcdn.com
ajax.googleapis.com
google-analytics.com

Is it really necessary to have google-analytics on this page? Do we really
need a CDN for a page aiming at a total of some hundred or thousand
visitors?

Additionally, the opavoting privacy terms state that Google App Engine,
Amazon Web Services and Sendgrid may (=will) record information concerning
your use of OpaVote.

I know, "everybody" is using these services, (and it may seem absurd I'm
writing this from a Gmail account), but are there really no free and open
alternatives?

Cheers
Martin
