Some weeks ago I have removed the "no conspiracy theories" point from the
etiquette after discussing it in the wiki. Was that premature?

PS: Generally agree with your statement. Would not think "don't call people
out publicly" extends to entities like weekly OSM, which aren't individual
"people", was that the reason for the twinkle smiley?
