I have some doubts:
1. An informal-LC cannot use OSM logo or name when performing workshops,
conferences, etc?
2. If an informal-LC becomes an association in their country, it has to be
registered as LC?
3. LC are only approved for states, not regions?
4. If an informal-LC is integrated inside another non-profit organization,
how it can become LC (steps)?
5. There's any guide or specific form to follow or fullfill?
