I just filled out the survey and was not being asked to check such a
box.

Anyway - i will just be proactively transparent about it and copy my
answer here:

The single most important todo for the OSMF this year is to protect
itself against hostile takeover attempts and regulatory capture of the
OSMF by special (in particular economic) interests and to protect the
OSM community from a rogue OSMF should such takeover/regulatory capture
happen despite all efforts to prevent it.

IMO the board should therefore not spend time on any other matters
beyond day-to-day business until it either has come up with and agreed
on a viable and robust strategy how to deal with these problems to
present to the members or has decided to give the mandate to develop
such a strategy back to the members.
