[Osmf-talk] Questions to the board regarding the membership state of GlobalLogic employees

Dear OSMF Board of Directors,

the unwelcome mass signup of employees by GlobalLogic is about one year
ago. They were not eligible to vote at the last annual general meeting.

I would like to ask the board the following to questions:

(1) Are the employees still member? Have they been excluded so far?

(2) If they are still members, will the be eligible to vote at the
upcoming AGM if their membership account is not in arrears?

These questions make members of the German OSM community worry and I
would like to see these worries having been addressed already.

The published membership statistics do not seem to reflect a loss of
about 100 associated members.
