Hello,
Speaking for myself, this meeting would start at 3 am Singapore time, even
though I manage to attend, I would not be able to guarantee it being
productive because of the lack of attention. I usually run through the
minutes to understand the topics that have been discussed. Maybe one of the
options to consider is to have these meetings at an earlier time to have
possible participation from the Asian communities or have it at alternate
times so we can try including participants from the different time-zones
