[Osmf-talk] SOTM Africa

Hi Steve,

It was great having you in Grand-Bassam and the interview style of keynote,
Merci. We would have wished for a board member to be present at SOTM Africa
but wasn't possible. May be this could be better thought of on how the
board can better participate in SOTM labelled events physically, Wikimedia
is an example IMHO.

Notwithstanding SOTM Africa 2019 has been greatly supported by OSMF Board
which is worth mentioning. We very much appreciate it. Thanks
