NextCloud plus collabora covers everything (outside of e-mail
integration afaik, but the benefits of integration for that are likely
small) and has been suggested multiple times. Most of the WGs probably
don't even need that much, the LWG has just produced many documents in a
collaborative fashion and working on them online makes things a lot
simpler, so we would prefer a solution that stills supports that.

We don't necessarily have to self host btw, that is simply just an option.
