Can I remind everyone that the survey will just give us a snapshot of where
we are, not where we want to be. Earlier in the thread there was a
comparison to percent of women in OSM to Board representation. That's not
our goal. Our goal should be far more inclusive. Let's strive for
audacious goals. Then strive to build communications avenues and policies
that welcome people to the discussions.
