[Osmf-talk] clarification of the AoA amendment on board committees

Mateusz - although I can't say I agree with all of your comments, it's
great to hear your concerns discussed so openly. The inferences you've made
here would benefit from open discussion between the LWG and the Board. And
we'd love to have your participation at the next LWG meeting.
