[Osmf-talk] What OSMF board is actually doing

This question appeared during discussion on Polish section
of OSM forum in thread related to current elections.

It seems that while there are minutes of meeting available,
OSM Wiki page has basically no info what kind of decisions
are actually made by board.

And some readable summary would be a good idea
(I plan to translate it later into Polish) at not yet existing
Polish version of 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Foundation page

I think that giving some examples would be a good idea,
I started list at 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Foundation#Responsibilities

Edits are welcomed, if for some reason you are unable to do this
- feel free to send a link with something that should be included
and description that you propose to use.

I think that it would be a good idea to have some representative
list of example decisions taken by board (current list is neither
complete nor representative - I just started it).
