[Osmf-talk] difficult communication with HOT (and Esri, and YouthMappers)

Hi Mario,

I have not been an active participant in HOT or OSM for a few years
now, certainly not when you contacted me.

I thought it was not too bad you could contact someone a few years
later, long after they are not active and they still tired to
accommodate your requests.

I apologize I did not do quite exactly as you keep asking etc.

Folks at HOT are not that hard to get a hold of, I sort of figured you
were a bright person and would figure out how to move forward.

I guess bringing it up here a year or so later is an interesting approach.
