[Osmf-talk] Default CoI policy for working groups

The Board's conflict of interest policy is posted to the OSMF website at
https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Conflict_of_Interest_Policy

The register of directors' interests is embodied in the biographies of
Board members at https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Board_Member_Bios. 
The policy stipulates, "Board Members should keep their biographies up
to date, including any relevant positions or relationships."
