[Osmf-talk] Statement updated and next steps

Thank you again for the feedback.
Tim - the statement says open for signatures until Wednesday, Dec. 16th
1700 CET. The team talked about putting it on the wiki. I am not sure the
signatures should be transferred. In my opinion, perhaps not but I will
discuss with them.
Mateusz, thank you. I also updated the statement pasted into my osm diary
to reflect the current version.
