[Osmf-talk] First Meeting of Diversity and Inclusion Special Committee

Three questions:

* will the meeting be English language only? (Presumably since this is
likely considered "core OpenStreetMap work" under the diversity
statement)
* will the meeting be open to all OSMF members - even those who do not
want or cannot participate in the committee?
* will committee meetings be publicly minuted?
