[Osmf-talk] First Meeting of Diversity and Inclusion Special Committee

Hey Christoph, i do appreciate the allyship on diversity and inclusion.
Honest. Your passion for this project is noted.

Overall:  How about we approach these topics and layers? It is clear that
there are many "takes" and "nuances" on this effort. As one of the few
woman who consistently tries to publicly engage, I can tell you that it is
complicated. However, there are a few people who have a voice and power.
Then, there are the wide mass of those who do not "mailing list" or "online
discussion".

While I am happy some are very engaged, my concern is those who don't
engage, especially women and those from other parts of the word. Again,
language is important. Truly, but one part of this. How can we move to be
more inclusive & build "their" shared purpose spaces. I don't have answers.
However, how might we listen differently?
