[Osmf-talk] Closed portion of the last board meeting

Thanks for this.

Dorothea has been on consultant contract for some time. It is very awkward
to discuss her employment status with the community. She is an invaluable
member of the OSMF Team. I would suggest we find a way to have a respectful
balance on this.

Dorothea, thank you for being so kind and flexible. I personally would find
this process very intrusive.
