+1, the granular option is better for actual participation of the community in the decision making process, otherwise we’ll have a big package where less popular things would sneak through because the overall package is still acceptable, and because otherwise the community would be stalling everything just because they don’t like 1 or 2 sub projects or so, what would only happen if these were a total no go.
