[Osmf-talk] Geolibres Local Chapter application for Argentina

Hi Frederik,

As Eugene already stated, the LCCWG is not involved at all in the Local
Chapter applications process. If someone needs to be shot at, it's me as
Secretary. At no point did we ask LCCWG anything regarding this application.
