The organisation is not a pure OSM organisation but a organisation
supporting both OSM and geospatial open source software (like FOSSGIS).
This is not per se bad but their application does not mention their
relationship with/involvment in the local OSM community.

How many of their members and how many of their directors are active
OpenStreetMap contributors? A local chapter should represent the
community. That's why we have local chapters for, don't we?
