[Osmf-talk] Local Chapters - preliminary comments welcome for Kosovo

Hi,

We would like to invite comments to Local Chapter applications a little
sooner in the process. Usually the Secretary does a full review and
consults with the Board BEFORE consulting with the local community and the
OSMF membership.

>From now on, we plan to actively let the OSMF membership know about new
applications as they come in; at least once we have received all of the
necessary documentation. So I'd like to invite you to have a look at:
