I would love to help about, the Pascal Neis tools are a perfect fit to find those hard mappers that contribute as individuals and not as Corporative mappers. 

Will try to research a bit. I do believe that a direct invitation for each country main mappers could be a nice change and inclusive for everyone.

Yes, I agree, this is  a big difference and important. I support your idea.

Would you like to do some work on this? You could find some active mappers, and tell the board and we could invite them. Would you like to do that?
