I support this proposal. I would like to see the Foundation as a group
of OSM enthusiast who are free to decide themselves, not as a body which
is controlled by employees of big corporations.

It is difficult to proof members not being free to decide themselves
because it requires insiders' knowledge. However, if we need such a
measure to expel certain people one day, we will be happy to have the
rule in our articles of association.
