[Osmf-talk] Possible vote on membership prerequisites

I know money is needed to run OSM.
But OSM is its contributors, so for an OSMF member, I think that to map or contribute to mapping is preferred, we should not stretch too far from this. Support, sponsorship and donations are of course welcome!
