Because this is true, I agree with Mikel’s recommendation that it’s too late to get this into a 2020 AGM membership without a legal review. The current discussion on this list should have taken place throughout the summer at the latest, not ~6 weeks prior to AGM. I feel similarly about the membership prerequisites proposal.
If there’s going to be a vote, there needs to have been discussion and legal review 4-6 months ahead of time.
