§75(1) of our AoA states that only natural persons can vote.

§155 of the UK Companies Act 
<https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/46/section/155> requires at 
least one director to be a natural person.

I suppose we currently have nothing in there to require members to be 
natural persons
