Thank you, Andrew.  I agree (having been "bitten" by trolling behavior in OSM at least once) that this is an important consideration.  It is difficult, as predicting such behavior is not always possible.  However, there are certain similarities to what "poisonous behavior" is, how it starts, what are its usual ingredients and when recognized early, chances are good it can be stopped early.  This is the best possible outcome, even if it is difficult and not always possible.

I wish the very best of luck to whomever is tasked with developing this aspect of the Etiquette Guidelines, as it won't be easy, but I believe a good first draft is certainly possible.
