[Osmf-talk] Membership renewal for the upcoming AGM

According to the AoA -- members who are a year or less in arrears at the 
time of the AGM would still be considered members (17 (3)) but could not 
vote (75 (2)) unless they pay 7 days prior to the AGM. This would mean 
you need to be paid up by December 4th 2021, at 1600 UTC. Correct?
