[Osmf-talk] Organised editing activity request by commercial company - Talk-Africa - TomTom

TomTom appears to be doing exactly what
https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines asks
of it.
While it would not be unreasonable to ask them about the provenance of
their data, TomTom is certainly capable of entering their own data
from their own proprietary database into OSM. They don't need a
license agreement *with themselves*.

Is there any verification process that this is not a hoax or phishing attempt, is anyone aware of the presence of TomTom on our wiki and their activities ?

Can anyone inform them since Talk-Africa has hardly any active members.
