[Osmf-talk] please help flesh out the strategic plan outline

Dear Colleagues,

The OpenStreetMap Foundation Board of Directors approved the draft 
Strategic Plan Outline[1] at itsJuly 2021 public meeting. The Board now 
needs the community's assistance in fleshing out the outline into a 
strategic plan. Wherever the outline lacks narrative text, please feel 
free to suggest text either by direct email to the Board 
(board at osmfoundation.org) or via theOSMF-talk mailing list. The intent 
of this effort is to ensure that OSM continues to thrive well into the 
future as a volunteer-driven project with a robust and global volunteer 
community driving it.
