That's an interesting turn of events. We were just discussing this
very question. The wording implies that it should be displayed in a
place and modality where people are usually looking for it, and this
is usually dictated by our competitors. Many of our competitors make
the attribution appear if you hover or click on the (i) in the lower
right corner. Some always expect an interaction, some only when the
viewport is too small but they will make it appear when the viewport
is resized as per responsive design. Considering that such maps are
interactive and it is expected that users interact with the map, is
this not proper?
