[Osmf-talk] Draft Attribution Guidelines, possible vote at end of this month & new guidelines.

I would expect that

1) guideline can be amended in future

2) in cases not covered one may consult ODbL directly (also in cases covered),
what should be clearly stated in guidelines

3) we will not complain about too noticeable attribution, if someone is unsure they
can simply make it more prominent until doubt is removed
