[Osmf-talk] Moving the OSMF to the EU?

Canada looks to be a possibility.  Alberta does not require resident 
directors and Ontario is in the process of removing the requirement.

Using something like wise to handle the funds I think would mean you 
don't necessarily need a local bank.  wise.com
