[Osmf-talk] Draft resolution on membership prerequisites

In my opinion, 42 days/year of edit requirement should stay both normal
and paid memberships. It will provide more security, control of members,
and a safe place.

My suggestion is to increase this number. For me, 42 days can be reached
too easily and anyone who wants to damage this community can easily
bypass it. It should be, at least, 60 days of contribution per year,
meaning 1/6 of the year of editing. It shouldn't be a problem for active
editors of OSM and way to better than 42 days.
