Dear OSMF-Talk,
Upon reflection for a proposed change for 42 days total seems
excessively low. If we want to make it easier for invested individuals
to vote, perhaps lowering the threshold to 30 changes over the year or
30 days of changes over the year. I understand that people that are
actively involved, but have mapped out their small communities. I have
no idea how to implement or enforce this, but I think it might be a
possibility for one time applications for new voting members who have
mapped a good portion of a community whether it be small or large so
those members can be recognized. It can also be a way to encourage
mapping of smaller. more remote communities as a mapper doesn't need to
live in said area to contribute.
Sincerely,
Chronoshift
