I'm not quite sure what the OSMFs banking arrangements have to do with 
the matter at hand, but it isn't a big secret that the OSMF had 
substantial difficulties obtaining and maintaining a bank account over 
the last couple of years before moving to the Bank of Ireland sometime 
mid last year. No bank account no wires.
