I know of some corporate members who are unhappy with the level of “unprofessional communications” from board members (I think my twitter account?), and the level of transparency from the board. Transparency is a complicated thing. You can't work well with every little word & gesture being analyzed by anyone for ever, but you don't want a facade where you can bully people in private if needed, and everyone smiles in public.
