The board has discussed this at the October mid-month chat. While no 
decision has been taken yet, I consider it likely and desirable that the 
board will update our Rules of Order accordingly.

Personally, I do not plan to run for re-election. With Amanda's 
resignation, this means that there will be at least two new faces on the 
board after the election and I would like to encourage all community 
members to consider becoming a candidate.
